If one thing is clear, it is that the Korean audiovisual industry is here to stay, completely revolutionizing all digital platforms and becoming a leading country in many ways. However, we must know that all this is not by chance, it is the result of strategies that have included and taken great care of Korean culture, adapting the way of transmitting it to the new times and consumer trends.

HAGALAZ is a team company created by 10 young teampreneurs who are part of the MTA global network of entrepreneurs. We work daily in the development of projects that solve different challenges of the day to day and that generate a positive impact on society. Thanks to this work methodology we have the opportunity to develop and work different hard and soft skills and innovative strategies in relation to the management of talent/people, projects and company (legal and financial aspects).

The Africa Basque Challenge was created thanks to the existing relationships between Africa and the Basque Country. It is a partnership between foundations, academic institutions and companies from both Africa and the Basque Country what makes it possible. This collaboration aims to promote new socio-business realities co-created by young people who collaborate on an intercultural level.I am a participant of the third edition celebrated in 2021, which brought together 40 young entrepreneurs: 17 from Kenya, 6 from Senegal and 17 from the Basque Country. With the aim of creating innovative solutions to social challenges during our stay in Nairobi we formed teams in which the multiculturality and multidisciplinary were the main characters. In this edition the challenges have direct connection with the fair and equal access to health in Kenya, Senegal and/or Basque Country.
