About Andrew Epstein

I take pride in addressing and resolving my clients’ problems by practical and creative practices. My experience includes claims dealing with professional liability, products liability, personal injury, class actions, construction lien and delay claims, shareholder disputes and injunctions as well as several others. I have appeared before all Court levels, as well as at arbitrations and numerous mediations. By a mix of intellectual and empathetic means, I work to achieve the best possible results for any given set of problems.I have been involved with a number of charitable and service organizations, and have served as the Chair of the Insurance Law section of the Canadian Bar Association, President of the Pacific Cinematheque; Board Member of the Vancouver Bar Association and Board Member of the Canadian Jewish Congress (Pacific Region). When not working, I take the opportunity to travel internationally as well as play in competitive poker tournaments and un-competitive rounds of golf..My areas of specialty: Insurance, construction and commercial litigation including alternate dispute resolution.
