CurrentDaily HR operations activities, Maintain HR records, including leave, attendance, employee files, compensation and benefits information, Handling Disciplinary Action File, New joining formalities and Manage-HRIS, Follow up uniform, ID card distribution and record keeping, Design and run employee training and development programs, Labor and Employment Law, Collaborate with other departments to achieve company goals and improve HR processes, Handling and resolving employee complaints and grievances, Develop and implement HR strategies, policies and procedures.
