I have been responsible for statutory and group audits of companies, in several industries including FMCG, manufacturing and services in accordance with Polish GAAP and International Financial Reporting Standards.Key responsibilities:• audit planning (team selection, task allocation, audit schedule)• risk assessment (identification of significant risk and significant audit areas)• plan audit approach (audit procedure to be performed and determine the materiality thresholds)• supervision of audit teams • analysis of accounting and reporting issues for compliance with the Polish GAAP and International Financial Reporting Standards• communication with clients, including reporting of audit results• responsibility for overall evaluation of financial statements (including notes) and audit opinion
