- Create and execute employer branding strategy for AirHelp Engineering including messaging and visuals for all online and offline platforms that maximize an exposure towards our existing and future tech employees in Kraków and Gdańsk;- Negotiate and manage employer branding partner contracts: conferences organizers, jobtrades, etc;- Liaise with key internal (HR, recruiters, CTO, Tech Leads) and external stakeholders(conferences organisers, communities, etc) to plan, prioritise, implement the mostrelevant and engaging employer branding practices and activities;- Increasing traffic based on standard KPI’s website traffic, applicants and new hires;- Further develop employer branding program and communication based on analysis includingfeedback from recruitment events, partners, company stakeholders;- Together with social media specialist working on employer branding tech content for social media, providing content to ensure social engagement on Facebook and Linkedin and all social platform that will be used in future;- Ensure that employer branding messaging and values are effectively targeted andcommunicated in all channels;
