Operations Manager for 10 countries in Moovit (Spain & LATAM).Responsible for developing and maintaining a Community of Editors across LATAM & Spain. Working closely with passionate app users and public transportation lovers to create transit data in places where it is not available.- Manager of the Moovit Community in Spain and LATAM: responsible for building transportation data and making the app available to more than 30 cities in the app.Created and executed the Community Leadership Program in collaboration with the University Tec de Monterrey in Puebla (México). This involved motivating a group of 40 students to create the public transportation data. By doing this we were able to add this data to the app, hence benefiting the 2.6M people living in the area.Liaising with the Government in Chile with the goal of creating transit information available in the entire the country.Responsible for the partnership with the transit agency, MIO (Cali, Colombia). This allowed us to make information available for the 2M people living in the area.Responsible for the partnership with media company, Cívico (Bogotá, Colombia). We were able to collaborate and create content for the app that was specifically relevant for local users in the city. I was able to provide a high service level by releasing useful information about the city and public transportation changes.
