I am a committed investor and use my experience from organizational development and IT projects to strengthen teams and ideas I believe in. Women must get better at risk capital and I do my best to lower the threshold by being part of several investor networks, and being operative both in the companies and in the ecosystem.I am a champion of agile ways of working at both team and organizational level, and have worked with this in various roles in government and private sector. Through this, I have gained a realistic and practical view of how to succeed with changes and to create services that are actually used by customers. As a board member, I want to have a comprehensive and, above all, founder-friendly focus. I am concerned with what individuals and teams need in order to perform their best and to strengthen them in dealing with what they are experiencing at any given time.
