My main responsibility was writing the company CSR policy.After this I was project manager on the cross department work shops and project, which developed the company (supplier) Code of Conduct.At the same time I was project manager on a project on common standards.My interest in CSR is broard, but I am particularly interested in UN Guiding Principles and the possibility of connecting them to company values, preferably in the immediate environment.With regard to public companies, I have also worked with the Public Records Act.

During this time at Femern A/S I designed a large scale health and prevention programme for the construction workers, who will be building the Fixed Link.Furthermore I participated in developing a model for a camp structure at the construction site in close connection with Health & Safety.In both of the above I drew both on previous experience and on that of others, primarily networking with the Olympic Delivery Authority (London Olympics) and Cross Rail, London.As the above subjects closely connect with the company's social responsibility, my area of expertise changed during my time at Femern A/S as did my job description.To be continued under the headline "Project Manager, HR".

De sidste to år som næstformand og medlem af forretningsudvalget.I Kongens Enghave lokaludvalg arbejdede jeg blandt andet med udarbejdelsen af høringssvar. Herudover deltog jeg i mange projekter. Blandt andet projekt "Sikre Skolevejen" sammen med København Kommunes Teknik- og Miljøforvaltning.

From 2001 to 2007 I designed, implemented and managed the Danish Police’s Health and Prevention Program, the wellness department. The wellness program included efforts on Nutrition, Exercise and Training, Rehabilitation, Smoking Cessation and Stress.During this time the program became nationwide and I managed the day-to-day operation and the six employees.The program was evaluated by the National Research Centre for the Working Environment in 2007 and found to be possible best practice for its efforts in health and prevention. The program was also found to be an important source of inspiration and a solid model for other large public and private companies.From 2007 to 2011 I designed and managed efforts within the National Danish Police of a more administrative nature, though still focused on health and prevention.I designed and managed both individual and group campaigns and workshops, I advised precincts nationwide on Exercise, Nutrition, Smoking Cessation and Stress, and I designed and implemented the Police’s Health website. I was project manager on project of all sizes, many of them in collaboration with other departments. Among others I worked on designing and organizing nationwide workshops for employees working night shifts.My individual contact to employees has included:One-on-one Health Risk AppraisalsDesign of Training Program, including Rehabilitation ProgramsPersonal TrainingNutrition and Lifestyle ChangeCoaching and Motivational InterviewingI gave numerous presentations, did my fair share of policy writing and worked intensively networking and creating partnerships.
