The process often begins with our customers wanting more surface-efficient premises and a more efficient way of working with increased collaboration within the organization. This means for me as a project manager to help our customers to map and develop which working method is best suited and then ensure that the new or rebuilt premises are designed to support the organization and working method in the best and most cost-effective way.Needs analysis and feasibility study are carried out as a basis to start from. Then follows my responsibility for the entire process, including getting all the details from IT support to interior design in place and ensuring that the change process is carried out according to set goals and guidelines until it is time to move into the new premises.Our customers are in the public sector as well as private actors.
