I am a Certified Personal Trainer with 5 years of experience in London, U.K. & Madrid, Spain. I Successfully completed my L3 Diploma in Personal Training, L3 Pre & Post Natal Clients with Exercise and Nutrition with Premier Global NASM & L2 Fitness Instructing. I chose to fully dedicate myself to health and fitness as I have always been very passionate about helping others to get fit and motivated. Since a young age I have been very physically active, was part of swimming teams in different countries for over 10 years, have a passion for running, surfing, skiing, climbing and a few years ago I started training at different Crossfit studios. Living in over 9 countries has made me a very multicultural individual, who is able to communicate effectively with people of all backgrounds. In addition to English, I also speak Spanish and Norwegian and routinely use these languages in my current role. I thoroughly enjoy travelling and meeting individuals, and am a social and outgoing person. Through my diverse work and personal backgrounds, I have gained the skills to adapt and overcome any challenges faced. Myself and others consider me to be a a hard-working and passionate individual, open to learning and excelling in any given task.
