With a background as Export Engineer, I have solid proven experience with business support and customer service from various international companies, performing tasks within sales administration, customer service, logistics/shipping, marketing, purchasing, HR, and IT. The last 10 years have been within the medical industry, where I have been working increasingly with quality, process flows, SOPs, training of users, IT SME/super user roles, presentations, project management, etc.Through this work I have obtained strong skills in understanding processes and in communicating complex information in a simple way. Combined with my personal skills this makes me particularly competent at doing tasks within administration, counselling, training, documentation, and in structuring information and workflows.
