My background as marketing communications manager in a number of industries with a broad variety of responsibilities has given me a deep understanding of business processes and customer t behavior. Since 2016 I have worked with IT, both inhouse at a furniture company and as a consultant. Specialized in Microsoft 365 and InRiver PIM I have worked with many other IT solutions as well over the years. I'm a strategic thinker who enjoys working in technical environments, loves challenges and knows how to get the most out of a project budget.Gaining satisfied customers motivates me to constantly look for ways to develop and improve. I gladly do it by using digital systems and solutions in a better way.I very much enjoy being the link between users and developers, and my contribution to the team is: * Understanding of different business processes, I quickly capture both stated and unspoken expectations during requirement gathering and analyze. * Experience of the challenges you meet during digital projects, I can help avoid pitfalls and streamline the project work.* Knowledge of what is required for users to adopt and start using implemented solution as a natural part of their daily work.
