The Engineering Student Society (ESS) at the University of Alberta is a non-profit organization formed by undergraduate engineering students. The ESS is responsible for creating and offering a variety of services and events such as EnggLink, the GEER Store, Engineering Carnival, and GEER Week.As a Y2Q2 event coordinator, we are responsible for assisting the Y2Q2 director manage the GEER Week independent team. We are to also assist in coordinating Y2Q2 advocacy and organize events to help other Y2Q2 students throughout the year.
