Senior Leadership Development SpecialistUsda Sep 2001 - Aug 2005Washington, Dc, UsPartial description of duties includes:As a Senior Training Specialist, upon completion of the classes, I reviewed students’ written evaluations and wrote a comprehensive, 6-page evaluation report. In each report I captured what went well, whether learning objectives were met, highlights of training, and recommendations to improve future training. As course manager for a new training program for PPQ’s Experienced Supervisors’, Iconducted a needs analysis (written survey of employees and supervisors, phone interviews with managers, review of position descriptions).
