Throughout my career, I’ve focused on challenging the status quo and driving meaningful change.For the past decade, I’ve worked in the airline industry, taking on various roles within finance, and more recently, leading commercial teams focused on revenue management. I’m a firm believer that optimism and hard work are key to achieving results and creating sustainable success.I currently lead a team of 20+ people, and our focus is on building a world-class revenue management organization. Most recently, our efforts have been focused on dynamic pricing, digitalization, profitability, and adapting to an ever-changing, competitive environment.With a strong record of volume/revenue growth, innovation, and fostering change. I consider one of my greatest accomplishments to be developing leaders within my team and preparing them to take on new roles, either within our group or outside the organization.
