Have been in charge of 5 customers and introduced 30 new products.2.Offer quotations based on customer demand and further negotiate with customer.3. Resource/Plan/Time Management based on customer demand, ensure on time delivery. Continously improve the supply chain.

1. Promote six sigma theories, supervise every section participate in the training2. Coaching and following the improvement project. 2.By end of year 2004, there are more than 30 improvements completed in the company, not less than 5 large-scaled improvement project (TDR) to be accomplished and 20 pieces of on-site improvement activity in process; and help more than 30 workmates of each section to obtain the GB and several for BB certificate.
