Working in Terminal 5 as a Customer Experience Coordinator as a part of my sandwich placement from Coventry University. My role entailed a wide array of tasks, such as project assistance, compiling reports, helping frontline staff on peak/disruptive days and even moving display signs!The role within the Customer Experience department was engaging, cooperative and furthermore being amongst seasoned project managers and ongoing projects further fuelled my interests into industry and project management.
