Supervised and coordinating with the instrumentation team for the Loop check, Functional logic check of control system and the field instruments (Pressure transmitters, Flow transmitters, Level transmitters, Temperature transmitters, Switches, Valves).Ensure the correct application of the Project Quality Plan in site activities, the supervision/coordination of the quality control activities and the implementation of the Quality Control Plans, relevant to electrical/instrument construction / commissioning activities.Ensure compliance with budget limitations, monitor spend and advise on any possible overspends to senior management. Setting up comprehensive Instrumentation Construction schedules/plans as required to run alongside project planning and cost control.Confirm vendor personnel are scheduled in line with suitable Instrumentation personnel being available for support. Ensure manning is planned in conjunction with all schedules and mobilizations are in line with requirements, with emphasis ensuring packages are completed in conjunction with other Completions and Construction teams.Ensuring that all discipline check sheets required to be completed after activities detailed on them are completed in the field are checked and submitted to the field are checked and submitted to the completions data base on a daily basis. Ensure that all the ITR check sheets are placed as per the sub system and filled after checking in the field and witnessed by the Client. Part of punch list walk down team at Mechanical Completion handover point. Perform related duties as and when directed by Direct Supervisor or Mentor. Conduct tool box talks with discipline team. Perform all the tasks in accordance with company’s quality and HSSE plans and procedures.

Inspection of Grounding works, Duct bank ,Raceway, trench for direct buried cables.Monitor the underground Cable laying and check the required burial depth and spacing requirements to adjacent installations prior to backfilling. Preparation and Submittal for RFI for completed works. Leak test (Hydro test/Pneumatic) witnessing for Process Impulse tubing.Responsible for checking as-built drawings and submission to client.Prepared and maintained Inspection records. Walk-down with client for sub-system.Loop folder preparation & review of loop folder. Installation of junction boxes, control room panels, Inst cable laying, landing and termination, Installation & Calibration of various field Instruments, Transmitters & Switches (Pressure/Level/Flow /Temperature/Gauges etc.) & cable termination in both field & control room. Cable tray fixing, cable tray and Instrument support fixing Loop Checking (Cold & Hot) and Pre-Commissioning & Commissioning Of field instruments (Pressure Transmitters, Flow Transmitters, Level Transmitters, valves and Vibration/Temperature Sensors etc.), Functional Test of the Instrumentation Systems and Control Panels, Setup/Configure of DCS, ESD, F&G Systems, PID Tuning and Analyzers.  Well adequate with the Loop folder preparation, pre commissioning and the commissioning activities for controls & instrumentation such as Loop checking, Functional logic checking, Site Acceptance Test and Instrument calibration.  Well adequate with the control logics, Functional description, Cause and Effects of fire & gas system, loop drawings, data sheets, I/O list and instrument list, control system & instrument layouts, site acceptance test procedures and commissioning documents.  Supervised and coordinating with the instrumentation team for the Loop check, Functional logic check of control system and the field instruments (Pressure transmitters, Flow transmitters, Level transmitters, Temperature transmitters, Switches, Valves).
