 Focus on Sales & tactics on Increasing Sales.  Timing, Attendance & Honesty in all actions. Following the daily routine strictly as per the norms.  Reporting to the RSM of the Company.  Giving report of day to day work & Suggestions for improving sales. Merchandising, Customer-Service, Sales-Targets Planning & Controlling Shrinkage.  Checking availability of stocks at distributor points and planning for achieving primary target of distributor. Maintaining the Inventory level as per the norms of the company, this includes analyzing the stock movement and age of the stock.  Co-Coordinating with Team-Members, Team-Heads, Supporting Staff, distributor and ASM. .  Motivating the co-workers to raise their benchmark & increase their abilities & efficiency.  Merchandising, Customer-Service, Sales-Targets Planning & Controlling Shrinkage. .  Conducting day to day review meeting with Team Members.  Taking care of Promotions, Display & Visual Merchandising at retail points.  Involving the entire team in marketing initiatives, product promotions and suggestive selling. Setting goals and assignments at the start of each months.
