 Solely responsible for planning and management of Space (seat management) in Kolkata location With current strength of 2000 + employees Responsible for providing regular reports to CHQ on the seating status of the Kolkata location Take all the necessary decisions regarding space for the location and ensure optimization of capacity. Responsible for the operations and vendor management of service providers for Stationary, Mail room and Les concierge helpdesk. Raising shopping carts and processing Purchase orders for the vendors. Event Management in Kolkata location, playing the key role in organizing “Jashn” one of the major annual events of the year. Responsible for approving the bookings of meeting rooms, conference rooms for the location through the company portal, keeping in mind the project requirement. Back up for the admin assistant, guest house and cafeteria management.  Perform other Admin related duties as desired by the organization Part of the emergency facility management team.

Role- Project Management Office (PMO) Aggressively follow up on the items relevant to the on-going project/ activities and provide a status update to the management Collate weekly reports and publish daily dashboards Handle adhoc and client specific reporting Maintain various trackers Coordinate the on boarding and off boarding of resources Work with the front offices to provide infrastructure related services to project team  Offshore team resource management  Work for overall project planning under the guidance of the Project Manager/ Program Manager Collaborate closely with the project team Handle daily administrative activities

 Maintenance/Handling of sales records and Logistics, sales support, Management of Information Systems (Reports, Database Management.) Taking care of hotel bookings, pickups, drops for a huge number of corporate clients Database Collection and Updating, Guest Relations during Special Events  Maintaining public relations with the administrative personnel and Corporate networking. Making weekly, monthly and annual reports for the CHQ.
