I am a young, disciplined, and hardworking professional with approximately 2 years of experience. I have a track record of completing tasks within specified timelines and effectively communicating progress on assigned tasks. I am enthusiastic about sustainable development especially in the health sector and possess the willingness and ability to learn quickly. I believe As a Programme Assistant, I have experience in conducting surveys for impact evaluations and process evaluations. I worked alongside Programme Officers, Programme Managers, and Senior Programme Managers. During this time, I traveled to different states and local government areas (LGAs) for surveys. I have also supported advocacy efforts with federal ministries, states, LGAs, and local communities in Kano, Katsina, and Kaduna State.Furthermore, I have contributed to monitoring and evaluation efforts by providing logistical support, facilitating training sessions, supervising field personnel, writing reports, conducting qualitative data analysis using Atlas.ti, and developing PowerPoint presentations for disseminating findings to policymakers. These experiences have exposed me to handling multiple tasks in a complex environment while consistently meeting deadlines.Before now, I have acquired experience and knowledge in sustainable development, mobile data collection, project management, quantitative and qualitative research, monitoring and evaluation, as well as drafting proposals for projects during a three-month remote internship at Dataville Research LLC. Additionally, I volunteered for the Mercy Corp ENGINE (Empowering Nigerian Girls in New Enterprises) program during my NYSC service year. In this role, I supported the implementation of the project in schools. Furthermore, I served as a trainee at Faith Alive Foundation and PMTCT Center, where I documented PEPFAR results in the database and prepared reports and papers for different audiences, adapting words and technical terms to suit the target audience. These experiences have exposed me to managing multiple tasks in a complex environment while consistently meeting deadlines.I am proficient in using Microsoft Word and Excel for writing reports and minutes. I possess a strong command of the English language, as well as proficiency in Hausa and Pidgin. I also have a basic understanding of French. In addition, I excel in both written and oral communication, possess effective presentation skills, and demonstrate strong analytical abilities.
