As a Software Certification Engineer, I was contracted to create installation packages for distribution throughout the network using SMS. Extensively used Wise Package Studio, to create MSIs, MSTs, and install scripts. These installation packages were pushed to the client computers using SMS, or WinInstall. In charge of all phases of the project for each piece of software being packaged, the tasks included; initial discovery, planning, and implementation. Also created a disaster recovery solution, using VMWare. All projects are run through an extensive User Acceptance Test, including, having the user work from the packaged app, testing all functionality of the app, and documenting and fixing any anomalies, before being pushed to the clients.

Discovered issues relating to ActiveX controls required by SuperValu's security department, reviewed the situation, discovered root cause, and formulated a plan of action to meet the requirements
