I successfully managed to obtain a population of cells resistant to inflammation with CRISPR/Cas9 gene editing technique, that are immune privileged and thus promising for allogeneic therapies.

To obtain the mutations, I learned how to perform gene editing with CRISPR/Cas9 technique during an exchange with Technische Universität of Dresden.
