Hi there! My team of virtual assistants is equal parts admin geeks, post-it note freaks and behind- the-scenes powerhouses. Our favorite thing to do is help overwhelmed business owners cut through the clutter to start or finish their To Dos or projects. We're geeks about keeping track of the minutia, moving things forward, getting stuff done and improving some things along the way. Like what, you ask?Email marketing, blogging, social media, website updates, PowerPoints, and research projects, just to name a few --- tasks entrepreneurs no longer have time to do, want to do or find frustrating. These virtual assistants get a kick out of helping solopreneurs and small business owners lighten their load so they can focus on the right things. How I got here. My background is an eclectic one. I'm a recovering corporate robot with over a decade of experience at a Fortune 50 company where I had been an account rep, presentation producer, and a senior assistant for a variety of high-level executives. I was also trained as a court reporter, and my lightning-fast typing (“writing” in court reporter speak) helped me really excel. For a time I was a top producer at a staffing company where I discovered a talent for interviewing and had an uncanny ability to match clients with the ideal candidates. In 2008, and again in 2013, I became certified as a social media strategist and trained businesses on how to be more effective with their online presence. I’m a flexible, go-with-the-flow kind of gal and so is my team of VAs. Whether it's managing projects or the behind-the-scenes admin tasks, we help small businesses get stuff done.
