Providing coaching and consulting services to Advisors and Portfolio Managers across Canada to aid the transition to a fee-based business. I focused on fine tune service models that would increase revenues and capacity to bring more efficiency and process to their practices.- Development and execution of National Practice Management program for CIBC Wood Gundy.- Help advisors manage monies through the development of model portfolios and effective investment processes to help with the creation of clear investment methodologies.- Presentation and collaboration of strategy with leadership team in order to implement new initiatives and to further the achievement of business objectives.- Lead, direct and implement practice management and consulting services to over 1,000 advisory teams across Canada.- Work with advisors to increase revenues, average household size, grow assets and share of wallet with their target markets.- Creation of training guide to prepare for national expansion of practice management consulting.- Partner and facilitate networking between CIBC Wealth Management business segments and CIBC Wood Gundy advisors.- Present regularly at management and advisor conferences to raise the profile of practice management.- Continuous coaching and mentoring to 25 advisors helping them grow their fee based business.- Building and creation of measurement tools for Branch Managers and advisors to allow for business scalability and the creation of efficiencies.- Succession planning, development of team structures and compensation models. - Develop and implement communication strategy to share best practices of successful advisors across Canada.
