As a Sales Manager, I cover 8 countries spread across the central and West Africa region. My role is to develop and implement a country plan and a sale strategy of Intelsat’s products and services for each territory that I cover. This requires a thorough understanding and knowledge of the local market place, distribution channels and overall knowledge of the ecosystem of my territories. I am responsible for developing and maintaining relationships at all level with clients, manage account, generate new business, acquire new customer, pipeline coverage and close revenue targets against the accounts in my territory. My objectives include business development, customer satisfaction, revenue increase, profit and act as Intelsat’s brand representative within my assigned countries.
