In a dynamic startup setting, I'm playing a pivotal role as an Educational Project Manager, where I am contributing to the development and enhancement of educational content, particularly in the field of energy renovation. My key responsibilities include:· Content Management: Crafting and writing new educational modules, improving and digitizing existing content to ensure top-notch, innovative training delivery.· Innovation Monitoring: Keeping abreast of educational sector trends and innovations, identifying and integrating cutting-edge tools for designing and assessing training programs.· Community Engagement: Strengthening connections between trainers and the company, facilitating onboarding of new trainers, and continuously enhancing their experience and engagement.· Cross-Team Collaboration: Closely working with operational and Tech teams for efficient rollout of training courses across all campuses.Some Key Projects I've been working on:· Trainer Onboarding Process Restructure: I designed an e-learning module for new trainers, revised existing content, and revamped the trainers' platform, significantly improving their user experience.· Research on Generative AI: I am leading a research project exploring the use of LLMs (e.g., ChatGPT) for automated corrections, paving the way for innovative teaching methodologies.

I gave an occasional lecture to 2nd year students of Tours' Master's degree of Cultural Studies. The main objective was to introduced the students to Alison Bechdel's comic strip Dykes to Watch Out For and to have them question the representations of masculinity in Bechdel's work.
