I am flexible and approachable and will do what it takes to get a task completed to a high standard. • I was a serving member of the Royal Electrical and Mechanical Engineers T.A unit in Huyton for nine years and was promoted to Lance Corporal. I have worked in field conditions doing battlefield repairs and within a variety of workshops covering a wide range of vehicle electrical and mechanical repairs. Whilst on deployment in Bosnia I had the responsibility of IT Security for all high-ranking military personnel within the Brigade, this included all SFOR foreign armies. I have also been a volunteer within the Cheshire army cadet force where I completed various adult leader training courses and ran my own detachment, completing training plans for the individual cadet’s development, Available from November 2016

If the calls cannot be dealt with by talking the customer through any issues, to do this I would remotely access the customer’s site and resolve the issues for them then report back to the customer informing them of the progress and when the issue has been resolved. If necessary I attend the site myself, if I was unable to attend I allocate the fault to the next available member of staff. Also within my role I keep customers details and records up to date and informed other members of staff the changes within regular technical meetings and ensure that all faults that have been reported are resolved within the designated time scale.
