Drive phase gate reviews internally and with client. • Mass Production managementLead operational readiness: Materials readiness, equipment / fixtures preparation base on designed capacity, MPS, factory operator hiring plan, Line qualification plan.- Review Ramp up plan, combine with product development status / progress, Identify the potential Risks, and provide recovery plan/ Backup plan to client for decision make.- MPS commitment review. Make sure all commitment can be hit based on existing resource / allocation, avoid accidents in last minutes.- Focus Product FPY rate improvement, Process efficiency improvement, UPH / UPPH optimized. - After MP, take lead for the new materials verification, continues Optimization of Process, ECO implementation if any.- E&O review and excess handling negotiation with client & supplier.• Cost Management: Responsible for Project development budget, cost control and revenue contribution.• Key Products：GPS of outdoor activities, Phone Case, Enclosure parts (Plastic Injection, Silicone Injection, Surface Coating), Fitness Equipment

λ Process the PO from client and release the order to supplier accordingly.λ Plan / monitor the shipping schedule according to client’s requirement.λ To be the contact window of client for day to day communication, coordinate client’s requests with the internal team respectively, including pulling / reschedule shipment, complaint, quality issue, and etc.λ Instruct and coordinate Logistics team with client freight mode and shipping requirement, including managing local offsite PCH Hubs and inventory, coordinating Client call-offs from Hub to client, coordinating new client freight routes and Hub set up with forwarder and PCH Logistics team, participating in Freight forwarder selection process and freight forwarder QBR.λ Coordinate ramp down of projects, including providing advice of cost impacts due to ECNs, roll in changes, recovery and EOL etc.λ Reporting – Information source of Team Managers.λ Coordinate with Finance department for invoice and payment issue.λ Set up and maintain ERP per client.
