Angel Eleyae co-founded Grace Eleyae, Inc. with her sister in 2014 when her sister, Grace, created the original Slap (satin-lined cap)®, which has sold to over 200,000 people in more than 75 countries being profitable within the first 3 months of operation.Angel went on to head marketing at Grace Eleyae, Inc. Using innovative marketing strategies, and even with an ever-decreasing budget, the business grew exponentially, growing over 700% year over year for the first 2 years. Angel help lead GE to skyrocket going from $0 to $15 million in less 4 years. All before she turned 25. Marketing became Angel's love and passion. She began to love the idea of taking an idea and making it into a profitable, money-making machine. Her goal is to crush gender, race and age barriers by proving that because you are a woman, you are dark-skinned, a child of African immigrant parents and didn't grow up with amazing opportunities readily available, you can still live and completely transform the world around you. When Angel is not working (which isn't often), Angel loves to spend time with family, her friends who are like her family, volunteering somewhere, listen to a new up and coming artist, planning dinner parties, interior decorating or watching a good movie that "she discovered first."
