As a Customer Associate Assistant for a year and three months in the Sales, Technical, Billing, and Loyalty Department, I am proud to be able to tackle complex problems and resolve them in a timely manner. Furthermore, the situations that I've had are a tremendous satisfaction when I resolve and make my customers/clients happy. Aside from that, as I enter this industry, I can consider myself a new learner. And one thing I'm pleased of is my ability to manage consistency in work management.
