Senior Project Manager for Alcon Labs latest expansion of its North Manufacturing Operations, The project was manage in phases, ph1 replacement of an existing chiller system and its underground piping to increase utilities for the future operation, ph2 site underground excavation to add new process sanitary drain and relocate existing gas line, ph3 47000 ft2 of building construction to incorporate the process operation, equipment included reactors, process piping fabrication, line distribution lines, new filtration system and a new new Bosch filler bottle operation with corresponding packaging line. All process room were built to meeting high clean room specification, varying from class 100 to class 10,000. Add the latest HVAC technology to improve building management controls. Construction estimate time two and half years. General inspection of all process and mechanical equipment, Provide and execute a commissioning plan to support the Alcon IQ/OQ validation process.
