• Research and resolve over 300+ cases per month• Communicate as a liaison for financial advisors and sponsors• Research in Commissions and Trails of vast financial products• Support workflow and multiple teams on other compensation tasks and inquiries• Technically skilled in Oracle, Dynamics, Wall Street Concepts, Documentum, and Microsoft Excel and Word

• Assist in closing 5-8 mortgage loans per month• Analyze borrower loan story and all supporting documents - ie. W-2’s, 1040’s, paystubs, SSN letters, etc.• Process initial loans and run pre-qualifications• Serve as initial and ongoing point of contact for client(s), assist with collecting required information and completing necessary docs throughout the loan process• Process loans according to federal and state requirements • Review contract(s) and additional addendums, credit reports, and appraisal reports• Review Initial and Final Closing Disclosures• Serve as a point of contact for third parties such as legal firms, appraisal companies, realtors, etc.• Skilled in Conventional, FHA, USDA, and VA loans

• Assist in closing 5-8 mortgage loans per month• Analyze borrower profile and supporting documents - ie. W-2’s, 1040’s, paystubs, SSN letters, etc.• Process initial loans and run pre-qualifications• Serve as initial and ongoing point of contact for client(s), assist with collecting required information and completing necessary docs throughout the loan process• Review loans according to federal and state requirements • Review contract(s) and live loans before sending to processing

• Assist in the processing and closing of 300+ loans per month• Perform loan documentation duties related to processing and/or closing of credit products and loans• Manage 7+ queues for Fulfillment Operations• Review and process credit loan applications• Review documentation such as tax returns, business license, EIN letters, etc. for business and personal financial Verification• Verify legitimacy of business and personal information• Communicate via outbound calls to clients in regard to Front End Processing and Funding Analysis variances• Communicate via email to bankers in regard to Front End Process and Funding Analysis variances• Technically skilled in CPS, HOGAN, BDCMS and FDR software to verify and process applications• Perform loan documentation duties related to processing and/or closing of credit products and loans
