Provide personal and group training for members of the Beverly Athletic Club.

-Completed 120 hours within Spa Tech’s student clinic serving a diverse group of clients. Working on different cases and techniques like deep tissue massage and other treatment modalities.-Performed administrative duties including client greeting/check-in, booking/confirming appointments, assembling new client forms, checkout, and rebooking. Other duties included laundry, cleaning, and organizing of facility and equipment. -Took SOAP notes and filled patient documents before and after every session.

Soul Physical Therapy-Increased efficiency by aiding the physical therapist in the treatment of patients by providing duties similar to that of an exercise technician. -Complemented the workflow of the clinic by working the front desk, answering calls, laundry and clean up of the facility.Corporate Wellness Program -Aide physical therapist in the treatment of Medtronic employees by helping them create personalized corrective exercise routines as well as improving ergonomics in the workstations.

Worked with the football team during the spring semester Assisted in team lifts and spring practices; setting up lifting sessions, drills and maintaining the weight room and equipment.

Interned with the strength and conditioning department. Worked with the athletes training during the 2014 summer including Mens/Women's Ice Hockey, Mens/Women's Basketball, Women's Field Hockey, Female Volleyball, Mens/Women's Soccer. Assisted in all team lifts setting up lifting sessions, filling in training cards and training of individual athletes. Also helped maintain the weight room and equipment.

Intern at Training Revolution (functional training studio). Helped out the trainers and was trusted with the strength and conditioning of volleyball athletes.
