With almost 13 years of experience in the automotive industry, I am a passionate and innovative product development leader at Navistar, a global manufacturer of commercial vehicles and engines. I started my career as a test engineering technician, where I gained valuable skills in time management, Microsoft Office, and research. I also earned my AAS degree in automotive mechanics technology, which enhanced my technical knowledge and credentials. In 2021, I was promoted to product development assoc. lead, and later to product development assoc. lead sr, where I oversee the fabrication, testing, and validation of advanced technology prototype harnesses for Navistar's customers and partners. I enjoy collaborating with cross-functional teams, solving complex problems, and delivering high-quality solutions that meet the needs of the market and the environment. My mission is to create products that are safe, efficient, and sustainable, and that contribute to Navistar's vision of driving the future of transportation.
