Worked with the companies 401K and deferred compensation plans , ensuring compliance and making deposits. managed all tax issue issues such as SUI, FIT, SIT and any other tax issues. Just finished up a payroll implementation to Vantage ADP, very involved with this transition.

Provide all Payroll functions, handle and generate 941, 940, state withholding, unemployment, and sales tax payments for monthly or quarterly, balance all at year-end, distribute W-2, and balance W-3. Multi-state payroll knowledge.Provide primary leadership for overall functional areas of human resources including recruitment, termination, and records procedures concerning current and prospective employees.Work closely with managers in enforcing and advising on employment laws such as FMLA, FLSA, ok ADA, Wage and Hour Compliance, and sexual harassment.Manage and communicate information on all employee benefits such as health, dental, COBRA, 401(k), cafeteria, and Workers Compensation Plan.Initiate interviews with prospective employees, set up exit interviews, and perform annual reviews with employees.Organize month-end financial balance on all payroll accounts such as health, dental, 401(k), employee advances, and garnishments.Improve employee morale and handle employee issues impacting overall organization effectiveness.Maintain OSHA 300 log and ensure all Federal and State employment posters are posted and updated.
