I am an economist specialized in public policies, economic growth and digital regulation. Currently, I am partner at Argia, a consulting firm on green, tech and economics. He is also senior research advisor at University of Oxford´s Centre for Technology and Industrialisation for Development (TIDE), visiting fellow of the European Council on Foreign Relations, and board member of CCLATAM think tank.Previously, I was Vice President of Economic, External and Regulatory Affairs at AT&T VRIO Latin America, responsible for monitoring the economies and the company positioning on key economic policy and regulatory areas for the digital transformation in the region, with focus on Argentina, Brazil, Colombia, Chile, Ecuador, Peru, Uruguay and Caribe.Before joining AT&T, I was Head of the Latin American and Caribbean Unit at the OCDE Development Center, coordinating the OECD’s flagship on Latin America, Latin American Economic Outlook. I worked as Lead Specialist in the Labor Markets Unit at the Inter-American Development Bank.
