1. Responsible for MQA/MRC purchasing-Prepare Manual Purchase Request to prepare and create purchase orders- Create and manage the PR and PO- Purchase Test parts/office supplies/Expendables(Soap, coffee, etc) include2. Manage Department budgets and invoices for MQA/MRC- Keep track of each month's expense- Upload the invoices to SAP system- Manage and pay for each vendor (AS, Service)3. Asset and Safety management for MQA/MRC-Maintain database of MQA/MRC assets and disposals-Prepare for internal and municipal audits-Assist MPA with bi-annual asset status updates-Maintain Safety documents including employee’s training acknowledgement, MSDS, and so on.- Participate in MPA weekly Safety meeting4. Management and Team Event Support for MQA/MRC- Scheduling of interviews and accommodating interviews when arriving for interview-Prepare refreshments and assist with event coordination and facilitation5. MPA Liaison for MQA/MRC-Assist management with requests from MPA departments including HR, Finance, General Affairs, Legal, and Customs.
