• Responsible for the organization of financials, contracts, and receipts• Create, log, and send monthly invoices to clients and follow up on payments• Manage sub-contractor time sheets and entries• Manage and log sub-contractor payments• Training of support staff• Schedule client meetings and follow-up calls• Organize team events

Working out of the South Health Campus Hospital• Transport patients to and from different hospital units• Transport lab specimens, blood, blood products and patient charts• Clean and disinfect patient use items and equipment• Show compassion and communicate clearly when interacting with patients and families• Work closely with staff in all departments to ensure a patient first practice

• Respond to emergency calls in both urban and rural situations• Work with other Emergency Services (Paramedics, Police, Fire) to coordinate situations and patient care• Complete Inter-Facility transfers within facilities in the North Zone• Connect with patients to calm them down and understand the problem• Utilize problem solving skills on Emergency Calls with patients• Participate in community outreach and engagement• Provide compassionate and respectful care to patients

• Provide on-site Emergency Medical Services to non-profit organizations and charity events• Active communication with patrons and other EMS personnel• Respond to emergency or medical situations within the events• Provide compassionate and respectful care to all patrons

• Serve beverages to patients with dementia• Clear plates and help with bibs• Visit with patients in order to brighten their spirits and quality of life• Communicate efficiently in order to understand patient needs and requests
