• Product Master Data Management in SAP S4 MM Module.• Process lead to define Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) of material master creation.• Responsible for training and integration with Superusers, Requestor, Central team etc.• Responsible define and implement solutions to improve existing Global Material Master (GMM) processes.• Data cleansing - Analyze data usage on SAP Material Master Data and standardize material Harmonization

• Material Master Subject Matter Expert for SAP S4 HANA Roll out within organization.• Responsible for approval of Global Migration strategy and migration functional specification.• Control owner for external OTC audit for the data migrated in S4.• Support in fixing master data defects and queries raised by business lead and countries LSME's.• Analyze change in migration strategy and approve the approach to align with data migration team based on business requirement.

• Supporting for co-ordination in complete lifecycle implementation of Engineering Change notice (ECN) in SAP for any changes raised.• Creation and maintenance of Variant Configuration in SAP by objects, Characteristics, Class, Configuration Profile, Dependency, Super BOM and Super Routing.

• Execution of daily MRP which includes, Analyzing PR & converting PR to PO, working on MRP signals (POAN), effective forecast management.• Work on unconfirmed orders, past dues, AP challenges and receiving issues.

 Timely Transfer of Purchase Order to supplier through ERP and manual order and follow up for the confirmation.  Resolving Shortages, facing demand upsides/unstable demand and timely actions to resolve them. Managing materials delivery on agreed day, working with logistics for certain orders based on INCOTERMS.  Coordinating with supplier for actual & timely delivery of materials to meet site needs/ delivery schedule. Co-ordinate with logistics department for proper and appropriate delivery of material at warehouse & Co-ordinate with site for correct receipt of materials.  Sourcing of materials from distributors, brokers, etc. in case of critical shortage situations in production plant.  Handling Material Quality Issues and purge/return material to suppliers in case of reject in production Proposing Supply Chain Managers for split change in suppliers. Working on Engineering Change orders/ MPN Change with planning team and supplier end to get timely support in short Lead Time basis. Resolving payment issues in orders and clearing invoices to ensure suppliers get paid on time.
