In my time thus far allowed for a growth of +$1,515,478 aggregate RMS REV while also having grown by a total of +$21.92 ADR (with Transient having advanced +$25.65 ADR) though from a BT (Business Travel) sub-segment level, we actually progressed by +$17.93 ADR while Premium sub-segments thrived by +$32.95 ADR; note, also finished with a very tight -0.4% aggregate YOY Forecast Accuracy measure. Lastly from a STR perspective, finished the year with a 114.5 Index and +1.4 RGI growth having been able to stay ahead of the CompSet by +3.8% OCC, ahead +$17.28 ADR, ahead by +$21.63 RevPAR and through Q1 2020 had finished with a RevPAR Rank 1 of 7.Primarily lead Quarterly Ownership presentations/meetings with complete analytical/financial breakdowns of past, current, and anticipated market Forecast performances as it relates to Budget.     I was part of the Team that was instrumental in bringing in +$2.74 MIL of Total Revenue during the four-day span of Super Bowl (01/29/15 – 02/01/15) which was +$1.1 MIL higher than what the property consumed in the 2008 Super Bowl and attribute this success on holding firm to any outside forces along while leading a determinate attitude throughout the entire process. Upon arrival in April 2013 as, I was able to increase RMS REV by +$1,029,862 so as to finish YOY by +$962,908 with 77% of the growth coming directly from Transient alone while simultaneously beating Budget by +$656,301 with 90% of this being consumed by Transient. Due to these results, the property was able to increase +8.9% RevPAR with an RGI growth of +6.8% and finished the year with a 114.5 RevPAR Index; once again, the majority of this growth came from Transient whereupon the segment grew by +16.6% OCC and +15.5% RevPAR while only losing -1.0% ADR producing a +16.4% RGI growth.Develop and manipulate rate strategies that affect and impact market demand while creating methods that induce internal compression thereby more rapidly stealing market share to the property.
