-Build and Execute the Football Sports Marketing Players strategy that supports country business plan-Drive strategic decisions to invest/divest in the player’s portfolio to ensure a winning position in key football events-Act as a representative towards the Football industry -Conduct and conclude negotiations for player’s acquisition-Ensure sports marketing football players are leveraged as part of the seasonal category and brand strategies, maximizing our contractual rights in order to increase brand awareness, strengthen our connection with the consumer and fuel the business growth-Manage 6 direct reports that oversees athlete service model, promo buys, budget tracking, players management and brand activations-Provide leadership and direction to a team in 2 countries in charge of the Spain and Portugal football players

- Elevate and Strength the Nike Brand through football players, clubs and leagues.- Act as key business liaison and develop strong relationships with Top sponsored Clubs / Leagues (Atletico de Madrid, Athletic Club, La Liga, Liga Portugal) to enable planning and execution of critical initiatives.- Oversee clubs and leagues’ product collection process, from insights to sample’s approval and validation test. Provide insights and knowledge to create compelling and innovative product collections. - Lead the creation of Players Marketing Plans, Secure Players for brand activations and develop promo plans to ensure key product visibility.- Lead outstanding planning, execution and evaluation of Club Kit’s launch and Leagues Ball Launch- Maximize club/leagues contractual rights granted (i.e: Activations, Events, ticket distribution, Victory Plans, Product related activities)- Responsible for financial management, budgeting, invoicing and royalty reports- Conduct contract negotiations (players, leagues and clubs)ensuring Nike interests are maximized
