In this role, Angel is responsible for the design, development, and maintenance of new and existing e-Learnings, on-line courses and instructor led training materials using Articulate 360 and Adobe CC. She develops videos and presentations using Vyond and PowerPoint. Part of her role includes LMS development and administration, along with graphic design using Adobe Illustrator.

In this role, Angel works closely with clients to ensure the successful installation, configuration, training and implementation of CRM software with the highest level of client service. With her strong communication skills, Angel is able to engage effectively with clients over the phone. Angel also works closely with the Project Management and IT department to collaborate on the most effective and efficient implementation strategies that guarantee success.
