Manage and coordinate food and beverage sales, operations, and logistics for private events, members clubs, media, teams, concerts, and other events. Create and execute detailed event orders, manage a large team of supervisors, and service staff. Oversee event setup and execution for a wide variety of functions. Supervise and inform service staff of 50+ servers and bartenders based on the scale of the event. Operated as lead beverage captain which included placing orders, inventory, reporting, and money management.
