As the Vice President of Donor Engagement, I led a staff of 10 donor engagement team members to achieve fundraising revenue of $13.5 million in FY2018 and $11.7 million in FY2017 through employee giving; individual major and planned gifts; corporate, foundation and government grants; online campaigns; and special events. This revenue achievement was driven by strategic engagement of over 22,000 donors and volunteer leaders including the Board of Directors and United Way’s affinity group networks: Tocqueville Society, Women’s Leadership Council and Young Philanthropists Society.

As the Chief Development Officer, I led a staff of 6 development team members to raise all non-fee revenue of $6.9 million through corporate, individual, foundation and government grant funding channels. Most rewarding was collaborating with NevadaHAND and Lutheran Social Services that resulted in the procurement of a $5.5 million Clark County Community Development Block Grant for the construction of a new Club and collaborative social services campus adjacent to affordable multi-family housing.
