Schedule floor installation coordinating with restoration companies and installers. Ensure all work orders have all necessary details in Floor Manager and send installers work orders through Outlook Shared Calendar. Schedule pick up of floor material with suppliers and warehouse personal. Schedule deliveries and confirm dates of install and delivery with homeowner. Ensure all pick up and delivery information and dates set in Floor Manager. Assist installers during floor installs for any issues arising on site. Keep consistent communication with Sales Representative Assistants and restoration Project Managers if any issues arise on site.High level of multitasking and organization required throughout entire day. Answer phone calls efficiently and in professional manor. Uncover solutions to any issues with customers in an effective manor. Ensure Showroom stock levels are full & displays are accurate. End of day procedures done daily and Cash Reconciliation is balanced at the end of each night. Sign off on documents and send to Montreal Head Office each day. Respond to and provide quotes to request via email or over the phone. Data entry for monthly cycle counts and year-end inventory.• Review third party contractor invoices before submitting to head office. Organize & assign all deliveries to appropriate truck. Assist in the warehouse if required. Ensure orders are ready for next day delivery. Resolve any delivery issues that third party delivery personal or in house delivery personal may have in a timely manner.• Weekly inspections on branch. Weekly and Monthly safety discussions with a minimum of 80% of the staff. Monthly inspections, including First Aid kits, PPE, truck inspections, fire extinguishers, emergency and exit signs.
