In internal sales with more than 20 years of experience in various industries, currently in the field of vibration monitoring/vibration sensor technology, my goal is to offer my customers the best solutions for their requirements and to guarantee them excellent service. I have been working at Hansford Sensors, a leading manufacturer of sensors and accessories for vibration measurement, since 2017. I am proud to be part of an innovative and dedicated team that is committed to the quality and reliability of our products. I am always ready to take on new challenges and constantly expand my skills and knowledge. At Hansford Sensors I am responsible for sales and customer support in the D-A-CH-B/NL-F region. I am the first point of contact for all enquiries and quotations and provide support with orders, deliveries and complaints where necessary. I advise and support my customers in selecting the right products for their applications and inform them about the latest product innovations. I work closely with the technical and logistics departments to ensure a smooth process and a high level of customer satisfaction. I utilise my skills in Technical Sales, Services Sales, and Vibration Analysis to improve the quality and efficiency of our sales processes.
