Delivered webinars, one-on-one expert coaching sessions and Q&A sessions to Salesforce Customers focused on the Salesforce products including Sales Cloud and Non Profit Cloud. Trained Salesforce Administrators through multiple engagements on specific topics to ensure they had a full understanding of the functionality of their products.Maintained a 4.9 out of 5 on customer satisfaction surveys that were sent to customers after completing engagements. Partnered with Account Executives and Success Managers prior to customer engagements to understand customer goals and needs. Managed customer data in Salesforce. Created brand new content for a Non Profit Cloud expert coaching session including building PowerPoint presentation, creating hands on demo and script writing for the sessions.

Participated in the interview process for potential new employees by engaging in group interviews and providing feedback on interviewees to hiring managers. In addition to the responsibilities of the Media Delivery Coordinator Role, created media plan response to ad agency requests for proposals. Reviewed media contracts terms and conditions for legal compliance including partnering with the legal team on terms and conditions if revisions were required on media contracts. Worked directly with advertising clients via email and video calls to monitor their campaigns. With client approval, optimized campaigns by rotating ad creative, adjusting spend levels and calibrating what websites ads delivered on in order to improve campaign performance. Internally, tested new ad formats and providing feedback on functionality.Subject matter expert for yield management and training for Ad Operations team where I met with respective partner teams to ensure Ad Ops team was up to date on all matters regarding yield and upcoming trainings.
