I lead students, of all levels, through the Primary Ashtanga Series as outlined by Sri K. Pattabhi. By guiding students to the power of meditation and practice, I hope to inspire the philosophy of yoga beyond the mat.

Responsible for the day-to-day management of client billing and workflow. Interact with staff and various national departments to effectively maintain ZenithOptimedia’s billing standards and ensure that deadlines are met.

I primarily report to and support the Client Service Accounting Supervisor. My tasks include a range of responsibilities that impact the proper billing of costs and fees to our client programs. Specific duties include: preparing client invoices, application of costs against client deposit balances, and client budget versus actual reporting. Competing for my time is the set up and training of users in our expense report system, along with, the processing of monthly expense reports under the supervision of the company's Controller.

I processed accounts payable and receivable for AAE and the AAE Foundation. I assisted in the AAE and Foundation month-end closings. Closing activities included preparing reconciliations for general ledger accounts, bank deposits, and cash on hand reports. Also, I prepared quarterly state sales tax reports, 1099s, and assisted in the yearly Audit process.

I was in charge of the AP and AR accounts for ASA and its subsidies. I assisted in monthly closing entries and reconciliations for the general ledger accounts on all books. I entered yearly membership and convention fees into company database and produced ad hoc reports. I participated in 1099 filings, as well as, yearly Audit process.

I accounted for a cash drawer of $10,000, daily. Accurately and efficiently processed at least 100 transactions per day. I also assisted the manager in performing monthly audits by generating transaction reports. And took on the responsibility of making the cash shipment orders to and from the Chicago Cash Vault. In addition to, performing the weekly balance of Vault and ATM.
