As a trained teacher, I worked with children in schools (in and around London) in various roles for 7 years before starting a family. When I was ready to start working again in 2016, I launched Smiley Day Photography. My clients love the outdoors and natural photography. I enjoy photographing families and especially children running races, jumping off tree stumps and going for family walks in nature. My clients can choose their own locations that have sentimental value or I can make suggestions.Newborns' wellbeing is always my top priority so I photograph newborns in their homes ideally within 12 days after birth. Saying that, I'm happy to photograph babies at whatever stage they're at. (I know how precious those photos are to parents and how quickly babies change from week to week and month to month in the first year.) "Surrey Hills area of outstanding natural beauty" affords plenty of beautiful locations for families to explore, with safe space for children to run around, jump off logs, collect leaves and sticks, play and be themselves while I subtly arrange groups and capture happy moments for families to print and hang on their walls. The day is relaxed, fun and all my aim is that every "Smiley Day" will be a smiley day for all. (That's why I like to call my families' photo shoots "Smiley Days." Wedding photography is such an honuur to perform. I love capturing the story of the day: from getting ready, the personal details that have gone into decorating and preparing the venue, the guests enjoying themselves, the meal, the dancing and the bride and groom full of joy and so in-love on the happiest day of their life.
